Terms & Conditions

By making a booking with Besides Plates, you agree to our terms and conditions. A deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 7 days before your event date. Items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered. Any damaged items will be charged at replacement cost.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices include 10% GST where applicable.
